Conference Centers

Hi Folks,

I rarely work at conference centers but have spent the last 2 days doing just that. This particular center is located in the Atlanta area and is actually very good. Nope don’t confuse it for Marietta for those of you who are local. One comment of I have for conference center folks.

WATCH the repitition of culinary. The chef here is actually quite good but he keeps repeating the same food over and over. I am sure this happens at conference centers across the board. Pay attention to groups staying more than one day as you need to vary the food.
