Pre-Planning

We work with you from stage one to make recommendations and event marketing suggestions that meet the criteria of your event. Many times our clients have us contact, negotiate and do venue recommendations for them.

After contacts are solidified we go to work customizing all aspects of the event to your recommendations. We put forth the proper paperwork and flow of show to ensure all vendors understand their contracted responsibilities and they are executed on a timely basis.

On-Site Management

Need Assistance On Site?

Rx for Catering will work with the staff to guarantee the work is executed during the event according to the contract.

We can manage your budget, meet with staff daily and handle last minute requests to ease your workload.

Coordinate with ancillary contractors as it relates to your food and beverage events.

Office Locations

Our staff will travel to wherever your event or offices are located. Rx for Catering, LLC staff has vast experience working internationally and domestically.
